Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after checkout. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times (after your order ships)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, and high order volume can slow things down. Your order may ship in multiple packages or from more than one fulfillment location.

Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show updates. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us.

Subscription refills
Each monthly refill ships free after your renewal charge, and you'll get a new tracking number each time.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local authority or carrier. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Email us right away if you need a change and we'll try, but we can't guarantee it once the order is in fulfillment. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship (you pay the new shipping) or refund the product cost.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

• Lost or delayed: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of shipping. We'll investigate and reship or refund.
• Damaged: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
